By downloading, installing, or using hexwatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
hexwatch is a mobile application that monitors third-party developer services (such as Vercel, GitHub, Stripe, etc.) by connecting to their APIs using credentials you provide. hexwatch displays status information and alerts based on data from these services.
hexwatch offers two storage modes for API tokens: Cloud Sync (encrypted server-side storage) and On Device (iOS Keychain storage). You choose which mode to use for each service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how tokens are stored and protected.
hexwatch depends on third-party APIs to function. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of data from third-party services. Service interruptions, API changes, or rate limiting by third-party providers may affect functionality.
hexwatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: missed alerts, incorrect status information, service outages, or data loss. hexwatch is a monitoring tool, not a substitute for proper alerting infrastructure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all stored data, including encrypted tokens, service connections, and activity history.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of hexwatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to hexwatch at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
